About Us
We are a growing, client-centered private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, innovating holistic compassionate mental health care for adults. Our mission is changing the family tree, one branch at a time. At Mental Balance & Wellness Practice, we are more than a therapy practice-we are a space rooted in empowerment, healing, connection, vitality, and purpose. Our work is to support clients navigating life’s challenges and alleviate their suffering to feel happy, hopeful, and emotional healing.
Ideal Candidate
You didn’t become a therapist to run a business. You became a therapist because you love the work. That feeling when you connect deeply with the right client—that’s where you shine. But lately, you’re spending more time with clientswho don’t quite fit your strengths, and it’s wearing you down.
You’ve thought about private practice…
But the truth is, you don’t want to manage billing, marketing, or business plans. You just want to do what you’re great at: meaningful, one-on-one therapy with the clients who light you up.
Maybe you’re not ready to leave your full-time job yet—and that’s okay.
We welcome therapists who are exploring their next step, looking for more clinical freedom, or craving a community where they’re seen, valued, and supported.
At Mental Balance & Wellness Practice, we handle the logistics so you can focus on your clients. We offer flexible schedules, a steady referral stream, and an environment that feels like home.
You get to do the work you love—without doing it alone.
If this sounds like what you’ve been looking for, even if you’re not sure you’re ready... Let’s talk. You deserve to love your work again.
